Hi Cookie, I am not a pro at printers but I will say this driver is for PCs and not phones. If you want to print from your phone download the App HP ePrint. When you download it make sure you are connected to the same network your printer is on and run the app. The app will find the printer automatically and all you have to do is choose what to print.

ON OUR HP Printer 5530 our printer states that we need new cartriges, but when we install it restates the statement = need new cartirdges.
maybe this is a software problem.
Please enumerate steps to make sure my software is OK.
I need Help on the problem which stopped my printing.
How can I check the software or what steps I need to to make sure that the soft ware needs to be reset.
