It does not work, it refuses_ ERROR Can not open output file.
I can decompress the thing, but it refuses to do anything.
AND BEFORE YOU GO THERE
I reformatted and reinstalled Windows 10 Pro x64.
If it is not my machine, which is a POS (figure that one out) Dell Alienware R9 (the last Dell product I purchase (SINCE THEY, LIKE YOU ARE TOO CHEAP TO SUPPLY DRIVERS WITH THE PRODUCTS, expecting  everybody to have the INTERNET    wired up their collective butts. (YEA, I got an attitude when I have to drive 45 minutes to get somewhere that has the F*&#038;**&#038;* Internet...just to discover that your crap does not work.]]></description>
