I want to do a full re-install of software for my printer. I downloaded and launched “HP_Color_LJ_Pro_MFP_M277-full-solution-22047” . It gave me only two options. 1. Totally uninstall the existing drivers. 2. Search for another printer. There was no indication of a third step: to actually install new software. I don’t want to uninstall the current software unless I know ahead of time there will be a follow-on step to start installation of new software.
