  1. Using this printer the first two times was simple set up and required no drivers to be installed and was easy to use via WiFi Direct from my smart phone, after that though this printer has been a nightmare and completely unuseable. I havent been able to get my smart phone to connect since, we I got web support help they asked to connect to my computer, I replied no thank you Im more comfortable if you can walk me through the process and he hung up on me… Hp has been the bain of my technological life since the first time I have bought your products…

  2. We have managed to use this printer exactly 3 times, and all three times it has been horrendous. It acts as though it has never been used ever every time and each time, we have had to use the print and scan doctor program before use. It also decides that each print cartridge is really only good to use once and then after that it decides you need a new one, even if all you’ve printed is one page. A complete waste of time and money. Invest in a different brand!

  3. Waste of time. Has a mind of it’s own. Queues printing for no reason. Won’t let the computer connect. Page alignement is a joke. Just going to do a third download now to try and get it working.
    Never again.

  5. Why can’t I just use my laptop USB cable? I have a poor wifi connection and would rather use cable directly to my laptop.

  9. I’ve never felt so validated! Yes, the printer acts like it’s the first time being used- every single time.

To get it to print anything is a nightmare. It needs to be seteup up from scratch every use- and then you’re lucky if it works.

  13. I can’t understand why HP would trash their own brand. I’m annoyed that that’s what I bought from HP. Trash. I’ve spent too much time trying to get this thing going. I’ve had it. The only reason I’m going to go hard to get my money back is to hopefully encourage HP to check its products before they offer them to the public to buy.
