HP company has terminated Windows 10 support for the HP LaserJet 1160 printer. However, there are still people who use this printer on their Windows 10 computer. HP LaserJet 1160 Driver Setup Steps
Let’s get into the installation together. First, let’s right-click on the my computer icon on the desktop and click the properties tab. Let’s make sure whether your operating system is 64bit or 32bit in the system type section in the menu that opens.

Download the driver suitable for your operating system from the links above to your computer. However, I would like to remind you that we never share links other than HP’s original site. But this time the situation is different because HP has ended driver support. We had to find alternative ways to help you.
Then extract the file you downloaded from the archive. Then go to the Printers & Scanners section. Then click on the new printer or scanner tab.
Then select “The printer that I want isn’t listed” from the menu that opens. Then, let’s check “Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings” at the bottom of the menu that opens and click Next. Then select USB001 (Local Port) in the menu that opens. The system will then ask you for the driver’s location. At the top of the page, show the path to the file you extracted from the archive on your computer. Do this with the Have Disk option. You do not need to change the printer name. When the printer is added, it will ask if you want to share. Let’s say no to this and choose the future.
