Same problem, did u solve it?
right click on file when you download it and select extract,when you have manualy extracted files go run hpsetup.exe and instal driver.

Can’t work this software in my computer. So I can’t connect HP Printer & don’t print any paper
It says extracting when I run the program but doesn’t show anything after the extraction is complete. It doesn’t even say that the extraction is complete. Please help.
