I downloaded the driver / software pack because I am having troubles with my new printer and I found discussions online regarding the same symptoms and the issue was identified as the driver. When I found this site it has a driver pack that was released more recently than the one on the HP site, so I downloaded it - interestingly enough the driver that was downloaded was not named for my printer, rather for the next version up in the same family - should I install anyway?
