I have a HP Printer Driver Officejet 6500 and since recently registering it online, the HP Solutions Centre icon to activate the scanning function has started to fail. It now no nlonger comes up with the function menu but comes up with a dead-end screen display with a F & i symbols.

Can you please help me re-establish the functionality of my all-in-one printer scanner? Thanks.
