  1. Using this printer the first two times was simple set up and required no drivers to be installed and was easy to use via WiFi Direct from my smart phone, after that though this printer has been a nightmare and completely unuseable. I havent been able to get my smart phone to connect since, we I got web support help they asked to connect to my computer, I replied no thank you Im more comfortable if you can walk me through the process and he hung up on me… Hp has been the bain of my technological life since the first time I have bought your products…

  2. We have managed to use this printer exactly 3 times, and all three times it has been horrendous. It acts as though it has never been used ever every time and each time, we have had to use the print and scan doctor program before use. It also decides that each print cartridge is really only good to use once and then after that it decides you need a new one, even if all you’ve printed is one page. A complete waste of time and money. Invest in a different brand!

  3. Waste of time. Has a mind of it’s own. Queues printing for no reason. Won’t let the computer connect. Page alignement is a joke. Just going to do a third download now to try and get it working.
    Never again.

  4. I am sure this printer was sent by the Devil to torment me!
Never before have I had so much trouble trying to print a document. I can’t believe someone would design something so problematic !

  5. Why can’t I just use my laptop USB cable? I have a poor wifi connection and would rather use cable directly to my laptop.

  6. Every time I use this printer, it acts like its the first time its been used. Its frustrating to have spent money on this piece of crap.

  7. Hi HP
This driver HP3700 is reporting not compatiable with Windows 10
    Version Info
    Windows 10 Home
    Version 20H2
    OS Build 19042.630
    Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.310
This is on a HP laptop, please update the driver.

  8. Such a waste of time and money, HP should focus on its products and hire someone who knows what customers want – something simple this is a piece of shooot

  9. I’ve never felt so validated! Yes, the printer acts like it’s the first time being used- every single time.

To get it to print anything is a nightmare. It needs to be seteup up from scratch every use- and then you’re lucky if it works.

  10. I agree with all comments related to how hard and frustrating is to use the HP3700 series a nightmare made reality…never again buy HP printer.

  11. Hello HP, when will the driver be updated? If you are not updating to correct please just say that so I can move on to a different printer.
    Thank you for your assistance

  12. my nightmare, was ok for looooong time and now is more than useless. can not connect to anything as wifi or USB, and no drivers are available, so the worst printer ever. avoid, please, drama

  13. I can’t understand why HP would trash their own brand. I’m annoyed that that’s what I bought from HP. Trash. I’ve spent too much time trying to get this thing going. I’ve had it. The only reason I’m going to go hard to get my money back is to hopefully encourage HP to check its products before they offer them to the public to buy.
