Is this printer support win2008 r2?
I cannot seem to get it to stop giving me a “PrintHead not installed or improperly installed” error message — how did this suddenly happen when I have printed many thousands of pages…..
I have tried to delete and reinstall and seem to get the same message.

How do you stop a print job?
I cannot find a cancel button…. and if I turn it off, it just continues to print my 61 page document when I turn it back on.
If I go to setting/printer, it will not list the print jobs.
