The full solution software includes everything you need to install your HP printer. This collection of software includes the complete set of drivers, installer software, and other administrative tools found on the printer's software CD. NOTE: Due to the size of this download, HP recommends dial-up customers order this software on CD. Online ordering is not applicable in all countries.

This solution provides only the PCLm driver without an installer. To install the print driver use the Add Printer Wizard.

Additionally, you can print to your HP ePrint-enabled printer via the cloud at home, the office, or on-the-go, whenever the printer is connected to the Internet. You can even print to thousands of HP ePrint Public Print Locations worldwide.

This utility will provide the latest firmware for your HP LaserJet printer. It requires the following: A copy of the HP LaserJet Full Software and Drivers must be installed on the computer used for the firmware update. This software may be found on the same hp.com driver download support page as the firmware download. Some of the files installed with the HP LaserJet Full Software and Drivers are used by the Firmware Updater utility. Use the same connection method, USB, networked, or wireless, that you use to print with. Here are the steps to follow: Download the firmware update utility file to your desktop. Double click on the file. Click the Update button. Select the printer you want to update from the list. Click the Update button in the dialog window. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue with the upgrade. Do NOT power cycle the printer or the PC during this process or the printer may become unstable and/or unusable without further attention from HP. The firmware update can take several minutes to complete. Please be patient. To verify the update, a configuration page can be printed. The configuration page will display the current firmware revision in the product information section. Note: If the firmware is already up-to-date, the firmware will not altered. Otherwise, the utility will display a dialog box at the conclusion of the successful device update.

HP Easy Start is the new way to set up your HP printer and prepare your Mac for printing. HP Easy Start will locate and install the latest software for your printer and then guide you through printer setup.
